0.65ct Sapphire, 2.77ct Diamond & Pearl, 18ct White Gold Brooch c.1925

Stunning, fine and impressive 0.65 carat sapphire, 2.77 carat diamond and pearl, 18 carat white gold and platinum set brooch; part of our diverse antique 1920s brooches collection. This stunning, fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 18ct white gold with a platinum setting. The stunning pierced decorated frame is ornamented to the centre of the upper border with a feature claw set 0.65ct round faceted cut sapphire. The central portion of the brooch is embellished with a feature 0.35ct Old European cut diamond, anchoring emanating curvilinear branch designs. This symmetrical organic arrangement incorporates six leaf designs, each accented with a pavé set Old European cut diamond, in addition to six pearl decorated terminals. The brooch frame is further ornamented with seventeen pavé set Old European cut diamonds, in an Art Deco style geometric border, completing the design. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening. This antique sapphire, diamond and pearl brooch is hallmarked to the reverse with the 18ct gold and platinum mark (18CT&Pt). This impressive brooch is supplied with an Idgl diamond grading report certificate for the feature stone, in addition to an Idgl diamond and gemstone grading report card for the sapphires, pearls and supporting stones.
