Stunning, fine and impressive 1930s 11.06 carat green tourmaline and 0.18 carat diamond, 14 carat yellow gold and platinum set brooch; part of our diverse antique tourmaline jewellery collections. This stunning, fine and impressive antique tourmaline brooch has been crafted in 14ct yellow gold with a platinum setting. The brooch is embellished with a stunning collet set 11.06ct rectangular faceted cut green tourmaline. The feature stone is flanked to either side with Belle Époque style millegrain decorated settings, incorporating six impressive Old European round cut diamonds in a combination of collet and pavé set. The brooch secures to the reverse with an 14ct yellow gold hinged pin and clasp. This stunning antique brooch is hallmarked to the clasp with the maker's mark (Wab) and the 14ct gold mark (14K), and has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum and 14 carat gold.
