17th Century Oak Derbyshire Wainscot Chair c.1680

Still able to deliver to most areas, so if I can be of any help please do not hesitate to get in touch. This is a rare 17th Century oak ‘Derbyshire’ wainscot single chair. The back consists of two shaped and carved hoops, the chair has its original seat and stands on bobbin legs, the condition is excellent with its old colour and polished surface. The chair stands its correct height and has not been built up. It has two turned finials in the centre of the back, originally there would have been a further two, one on each upright.
