18th Century Oak Coffer Chest

I have reluctantly decided that after 60 years spent in this marvellous business it is, figuratively speaking, time to hang up my cheque book. A very attractive, small proportioned, mid 18th cent oak coffer in excellent strong clean condition with panelling to the front and sides. This has its original drawer in the base. The brass handles are old replacements. This has all sorts of uses in the home or could be used just for sitting on, please note the height. Sizes: 30 ½ “(74cms) wide, 17 ½ “( 45cms) deep, 22”(58cms) high. Date circa 1750.
