Large French Toleware Glove Maker’s Shop Trade Sign
This is a very rare piece it is in good condition and has a new blacksmith made wall bracket, the bracket is copy of the original and allows the ‘Glove” to be hung on the wall in various positions.
The glove has stitched seams and a green frilled cuff which has a large blue glass stone at the wrist, it is made in metal with an enamel painted surface, this is in good condition for its age with some minor chipping and light crackling.
The glove is in all round good condition, and is great viewed from any angle, it is 20” high, 11 wide and 7 deep, the bracket stands out from the wall 12”.
