This is an antique supper table. An English, mahogany tilt-top circular table, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820.
Superb proportion with a beautifully presented finish, that displays a desirable aged patina and in good order. Select stock present fine grain interest throughout. Resplendent in excellent caramel hues.
Wide circular top arranged with a kneehole height of 71cm (28''). Quality brass sliding clasp articulates the tilting mechanism. Delightful cabriole legs with broad knees and excellent hairy paw feet. Riding smoothly upon a trio of brass castors.
