An Attractive French Rosewood Secretaire Chest

An attractive French rosewood secretaire chest. Standing on shaped feet above which are brass flutes bordering four drawers and a secretaire, all with decorative brass handles and escutcheons. The fall front opens to reveal an interior of birds-eye maple and a red leather writing surface. The ends of the chest are quartered and have a satinwood banding and the whole is topped by a Rosso Antico marble top. In very good condition. 1340mm high, 710mm wide and 410mm deep. French.
