Stunning and impressive antique 1.20 carat Burmese sapphire and 0.56 carat diamond, 18 carat yellow gold and silver set ring; part of our diverse collection of antique sapphire rings. This stunning, fine and impressive antique sapphire ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a silver setting. The oval cluster design is ornamented with a stunning feature claw set 1.20ct cushion cut blue Burmese sapphire. The sapphire is surrounded by fourteen silver set Old European cut diamonds, totalling 0.56cts. The bifurcating ring shoulders integrate with the plain ring shank at a subtle cuff design. This Burmese sapphire ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold and silver. This impressive antique ring is supplied with a sapphire report card and certificate supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services, London*, in addition to an Idgl diamond and gemstone grading report card. Such original examples from this period, set with a stunning untreated Burmese sapphire, are becoming increasingly difficult to locate; this exceptional ring is the finest of its type you could hope to acquire. Note: * This documentation accredits the sapphire originating in Myanmar (Burma) and certifies that the gemstone shows no signs of heat treatment.
