This exceptional, fine and impressive antique necklace has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold. The unusual and tactile, ornate 19th century gold chain is comprised of interlacing oval chains accented to the concave anterior surface with a ribbed texture and plain border. This antique rare gold chain is further ornamented with circular motifs to the junctions, each ornamented with a pierced stylised six-petal design. The stunning yellow gold chain secures to the reverse with an impressive spring-loaded ring loop, facilitated with a discreet thumbpiece. This exceptional example of Victorian jewellery has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as 15 carat gold.
