Antique 19th Century Wing Back Armchair

Condition is fair structurally: while it's solid enough, there's a pretty horrid repair to the front left leg; it's been braced with L-brackets and not even with old screws (see pics). Still the effect is good enough; it's surprisingly sound: just a little bit of movement there, not wobbly. It can be repaired properly but it would need a lot of the upholstery removed in that area. There's some old repairs to the back legs, much more sympathetically done. The stuffing seems quite firm; seems like it was completely re upholstered, not just recovered, so it's still fairly pert and not saggy. Cosmetically there are various scuffs and scrapes to the wooden legs and some minor fraying on the fabric on one arm; we've cleaned the upholstery and it's not too bad; some slight marking near the edges but not much.
