Antique 2.85ct Sapphire, 2.46ct Ruby & 0.30ct Diamond, 18ct Yellow Gold Bar Brooch c.1910

Stunning, fine and impressive antique 2.85 carat sapphire, 2.46 carat ruby and 0.30 carat diamond and 18 carat yellow gold bar brooch; part of our diverse collection of Edwardian brooches. This fine and impressive antique bar brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold. This Edwardian brooch is embellished with five channel set square faceted cut rubies. The linear arrangement of rubies is flanked with six impressive channel set square faceted cut blue sapphires, alternating with eight pairs of pavé Old European cut diamonds, in a horizontal formation. The sides of this antique bar brooch setting are embellished with impressive engraved scrolling leaf decoration. The antique brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp. This impressive Edwardian bar brooch with sapphires and rubies has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold. The brooch is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds.
