Antique Cameo Jewelled Filigree Gilt Metal Double Vanity Pendant Powder Compact with Wrist Chain & Tassle

On offer is this most attractive antique double vanity pendant powder compact dating circa 1910/1920. This fabulous vanity compact is made of gilt metal with elaborate double sided design featuring central cameo and jewelled lid on a metal filigree ground. The jewels are metal, citrine glass and faux pearls and the design is repeated on both sides. The compact retains it's attractive broad link wrist chain and metal and jewelled tassle. The case has firm hinges and catches and opens to reveal gilded metal powder wells which are empty. The framed mirrors under the lid are both clear and reflective.
