Antique Cased French Sterling Silver Sewing Etui / Set c.1900

Offered for your consideration is this fine antique sewing etui consisting of silver handled implements within their original faux leather fitted hinged case. The case measures a maximum of 13.5cm by 7.5cm and is made of tan faux leather with gilt trim and brass catch with yellow silk and plush fitted interior. The yellow silk lining under the lid is printed in black script with the French retailers name and the city Versailles. Inside the case is a sterling silver stiletto, thimble, lidded needle case, silver handled scissors, stiletto and a white metal needle (which may be a replacement). needle case. I have found tiny French silver marks to the inner lip of the needle case. This antique etui dates circa 1900 and is offered in very good condition with no damage or wear to the sewing implements. The case is in good order with no wear or loss and there is just some fraying to the silk lining. Thank you for your interest.
