Antique Clear Cut Glass Perfume Scent Bottle Sterling Silver Reynolds Angels Birmingham 1904

This fine quality antique dressing table scent bottle made of heavy clear cut glass and stands 13cm in height with a maximum width of approx 10cm. This perfume bottle has a globular shape and the glass is masterfully cut with elaborate cut design, smooth panels and deep star cut base. The bottle is fitted with a pull off sterling silver lid with Reynolds angels repousse design to the top and sterling silver mount over the shoulders extending down the bottle. The silver mount also has Reynolds angels design as well as floral, scroll and swag motif with pierced sections. The bottle retains it's clear glass globular faceted inner stopper. This perfume bottle is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1904 and has the maker's mark Ab & Co. It is offered in very good condition with no chips, cracks or fractures to the glass body, neck and stopper. The silver mount and the lid have no dents or dings and the lid fits firmly and securely.
