Description
This is a beautiful Continental pine knockdown wardrobe dating to the early 20th century. Made from solid pine the wardrobe is fairly heavy and solid but has the benefit of breaking down completely for transportation. The construction is held together with two pegs and two wooden sliding blocks and the doors simply lift off. The wardrobe has lockable panelled doors which open to reveal a spacious interior with hooks and two small hanging rails. To the bottom of the wardrobe is a single wide drawer which is finished with a brass drop handle.
The wood has a waxed finish which has a mid sheen and a lovely patina of age from years of being polished.
