This is an antique corner cabinet. An English, mahogany bow front hanging cupboard, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1780. Presents beautifully with delightful bow front form. Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order. Select stocks shows fine grain interest throughout. Rich russet hues beneath the wax polish finish. Discrete tiered crown moulding residing above the cabinet. Pair of cabinet doors opening smoothly upon inset brass hinges. Door dressed with shaped brass lock escutcheon, with inset, working lock — key present. Left-hand door held securely with internal clasp. Interior arranged with a trio of useful shelves. Standing upon a demi-lune plinth base. Dressed to the rear with a pair of brass loops for ease of mounting. This is an attractive antique corner cabinet.
