This is an antique country house dumb waiter. An English, mahogany 2-tier serving table, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1780. Classic elegance and craftsmanship to this charming Georgian stand that displays a desirable aged patina and in good order. Select stocks show fine grain interest and warm caramel hues. Arranged over two tiers, the lower rotating for ease of serving. A skilfully turned column creates a display space of 21.5cm (8.5'') between the tiers. Lower support with a stout baluster over a collared mount. Standing upon a trio of broad cabriole legs with a pronounced knee. Each terminates in a distinctive snake foot.
