This is an antique display serving table. An English, rosewood two-tier butler's buffet stand, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820. Exceptional serving table, with a fascinating butler's tray upper tier that displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order. Select stocks present fine grain interest and rich caramel hues. Glass tray in original condition, lightly marked commensurate with age. Oval form with raised serving tier, replete with tray. Dressed with a fine pair of brass swan neck handles. Shaped supports with fluted finish unites the upper and lower oval. Standing upon a quartet of turned legs, riding on castors and united by H-stretcher.
