Description
Exceptional, fine and impressive antique George V English sterling silver goblet; an addition to our collection of wine and drinks related silverware. This exceptional antique George V sterling silver goblet has a circular bell-shaped form onto a knopped stem and circular spreading foot. The body of this antique silver goblet is embellished with embossed decorated floral festoons accented with pensile leaf drops. The upper portion is encompassed with a band of chased scrolling leaf decoration, accented with a simplified inverted scalloped border. The knopped stem is encircled with a plain moulded border to the centre. The foot is ornamented with further simplified chased decorated foliate swag designs.
