This exceptional antique sterling silver salad serving fork has been crafted in the Old English pattern.
This antique Georgian sterling silver fork has six tines with a plain rounded drop.
The anterior surface of the handle is plain and embellished to the terminal with a contemporary engraved crest of out of a cap of maintenance a demi-lion rampant*.
The reverse surface of this sterling silver serving fork incorporates a pip.
Such original examples are becoming increasingly difficult to locate.
* This heraldic crest pertains to the Gilman family.
