Antique Miniature Apprentice Piece Wellington Chest

This is a charming apprentice piece wellington chest dating to the late 19th Century / early 20th century. It is made of mixed woods this unusual piece is perfect for stowing away jewellery or a collection of small treasured items. The chest has four drawers set over a deep base plinth. To the right-hand side is a wooden keeper which folds closed over the drawers, sadly the key has been lost somewhere in time. The wood has a darkly stained finish.
