Antique Moser Enamel & Gilt Bristol Blue Glass Miniature Chatelaine Perfume Scent Bottle c.1880

On offer is this fine antique miniature Moser chatelaine perfume bottle dating circa 1880. This scent bottle has a flattened so it can stand upright without support. This perfume bottle is made of stunning bristol blue glass decorated all over with hand applied, raised enamel and gilt floral and foliate decoration. This antique perfume bottle is fitted with a brass collar and plain brass hinged lid. Attached to the collar is the original suspensory chain so that the bottle could be hung from a chain or chatelaine. This perfume bottle also retains the original bristol blue glass inner stopper. This antique perfume bottle measures a petite 4 cm in length (excluding the attached chain). It is offered in very good condition with no chips, cracks or fractures to the glass body or neck and the inner glass topper is also undamaged. The lid fits firmly and securely and has no dents or dings. There is no wear to the enamel decoration. Thank you for your interest.
