19th Century (1860-1890) English School antique oil painting on canvas landscape study of horses in harness with plough. It comes in an elaborate gilt gesso frame. Depicts a couple of work horses with harnesses and blinkers in a field with plough.

condition
Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches, craquelure, some damage to canvas with several repairs to reverse and some knocks to frame but all part of its charm and character.
The antique wood of this item has had a minor woodworm infestation at some point in its long life. However, this has now been specially treated to eradicate.
Priced accordingly.
