Antique Pine Settle Bench

This is an attractive antique pine settle which is perfect for use in a dining room, kitchen or hallway. It would look good with a coat rack displayed above it and would make an ideal seat for removing boots and shoes. The bench dates to the early 20th century and is well made from solid pine. It will seat two people and has a tall triple panelled back and shaped armrests. The base is set on chamfered block legs strengthened by a horizontal stretcher. The wood has a waxed finish which has a mid sheen.
