Antique Solid Silver & Guilloche Enamel Handled Letter Opener Sheffield 1863

This antique English letter opener is made of solid silver with guilloche enamel handle to the front and plain silver to the back and is fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1863 with the maker's mark Rm Eh for Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall. This antique letter opener measures a total of 23 cm in length. The front of the handle is made of pale blue guilloche enamel with plain silver back and the silver opener has wonderful scrollwork engraving to the front and the back.
