These stunning, fine and impressive Victorian emerald earrings have been crafted in 12ct yellow gold with silver settings. Each drop style earring is ornamented with a feature 12ct yellow gold claw set pear cut emerald, framed by ten silver collet set Old European round cut diamonds. The pear shaped clusters suspend from the lower border of a smaller rounded cluster, displaying a second 12ct yellow gold claw set Old Mine cut emerald, encircled by a further eight silver collet set Old European round cut diamonds. These earrings for pierced ears secure to the reverse of the pierced decorated settings with a post and 18ct yellow gold butterfly style fastening. This stunning pair of Victorian gemstone drop earrings has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as 12ct gold and silver.
