Antique mid 19th Century (dated 1849) English Victorian antique river landscape oil painting on canvas with figures on path, signed by the artist, G J Niemann (British, 1813-1876). It comes in an elaborate gilt gesso frame 9more modern).
Depicts a river landscape with soldiers on path with mountains in the background.

Priced accordingly.
This item is obviously delicate and the gesso frame fragile. Therefore, whilst every care will be taken to pack this item extremely well, I cannot guarantee that some pieces of plaster will not become fragmented and dislodged.
