Portuguese beds are always incredibly appealing, this bed has a lovely shaping to it, as with all of our beds a solid and sturdy construction, we have professionally and sympathetically restored. Good detail in the central decorative casting. The frame has been shot blasted and primed prior to hand pant finish in Little Greene’s Light Bronze Green colour with dark wax over to protect. Side rails have been adapted to support wood slats and modern length and king size mattress 4’6” x 6’3” / 135cm x 190cm Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height. Photographed with slats and our Bordeaux mattresses.
