Attractive Pair of 1920s Bergere Armchairs

Great looking pair, a little French in looks, pretty and of sensible proportions. We have a matching pair from around the early 1920s with a lovely shape to the backs and sweep to the arms. The seats and back cushions are very usable in a damask fabric and are comfy enough. We are happy to quote for new cushions if you wish, please let us know. Condition wise they sit well - the frames are tight and firm with no wobbles. The cane work is also good with one of the chairs having lost a few strands on the side along the way but perfectly serviceable. The cushions are fine with no rips or tears - just showing wear. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item.
