Black Side Table with Drawer

This is a useful small 19th Century antique side table made of mahogany and modestly sized it is ideal for a hallway or lounge, perfect for a lamp or a vase of fresh flowers. The table has a rectangular top and a single wide drawer to the front which is finished with a brass drop handle. The table is set on tall reeded square legs I have hand painted the table base in water based black paint before gently distressing the paintwork and finishing with wax. The table top has been colour washed in black to give an aged and characterful look.
