Description
A George III period, oak tilt-top tripod supper table, dating from the second half of the c.18th. This stunning and high quality country table, features a very well figured, book matched quarter sawn oak top. Supported by a turned baluster stem, raised on a tripod of cabriole legs.
A very handsome and totally original table. Made only from the highest quality and most beautiful oak timbers. In excellent condition and very much ready for use.

This table measures approximately 69.75 cm (27.5") tall, and the top is 82 cm (32.25") in diameter.

Old marks and blemishes on the top, now well polished in. Very good colour, lovely patina, with very good wax polish. Never French polished. No obvious signs or damage or repair. Sensitively cleaned and waxed polished. Ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
