Description
This is an unusual stylish painted and cast iron panel in the form of a heraldic shield depicting the coat of arms for Leith. The front with various castings, with a painted center with Latin writing above and the word “Persevere” painted on the base. Framed with gold paint with raised sides, all painted black.
