Display Plates: Scarce Collection of Eight, Certified Limited Edition Steam Engine Related Wall Plates with Original Boxes

A scarce Limited Edition collection of 8 x Davenport Pottery display plates from the 20th Century, by Artist Paul Gribble. These beautifully and expertly hand-finished collectors plates, depict famous vintage steam engines in exquisite detail and multiple livery colours. The reverse of each plate offers a description of the engine, together with the plates limited edition serial number for authentication. Each plate is also sighed by the artist and comes with its original presentation box and certificate of authenticity, (but not the wooden stands as shown in the photographs). The Davenport Pottery Company of Stoke-on-Trent, have a long history of producing high-quality display plates going back to Victorian times, and these fine examples are certainly no exception.
