Dresser Stunning George III Oak Pot Board Base c.1790

Here we have an outstanding George III Oak pot board dresser base c.1790. As you can see the dresser has great colour and patina. There is a two plank top with plate bead to the rear. There is a stepped moulded edge and a desirable configuration of three over two drawers. The drawers have cockbeaded edges beautiful period brass handles and hand cut dove tail joints. There is a central almost dog kennel shaped frieze with a cockbeaded edge and wonderful inlaid quarter sunburst spandrels. The legs are well turned and joined by a two plank pot board of delicious colour and patina. A super period dresser in excellent retail condition ready for your home.
