Charming early 19th century west country oak longcase with long trunk door by John Bishop of Sherborne, Dorset. The painted dial with attractive floral and anchor decorations in the corners, seconds dial and date aperture. the hood with gilt corinthian ends. The 8 day movement has been checked, oiled and tested to be in good and full antique working condition.
