Exceptional, Edwardian, Bright-cut Silver Jewellery Box - Dated 1910

Exceptional bright-cut silver jewellery box, dated 1910, so obviously Edwardian. This box is truly beautiful, with a super swags and floral design to the lid. There is an inscription in the cartouche, but it is finely struck or engraved and almost appears to be part of the lid decoration. The interior is fitted in red, with sections for trinkets and separate ring sections. Standing on 4 very sturdy legs, it would be a wonderful display item for your dressing table. The base is a dark blue, with some wearing to the leatherette externally. In great condition for an antique of almost 115 years old and would be a super present for someone. Made by A & J Zimmerman, who was a renowned silversmiths.
