Fabulous Pair of Art Deco Silver & Cut Glass Whisky Tots

A fabulous pair of silver mounted whisky tots or chotopegs, by the great Hukin & Heath. The conical shaped bodies are unusual, as most examples are plain and these are beautifully cut. The detailing features half moons, spheres and spear cutting and the bases each have a multipoint star. Both tots have the original silver labels and particularly rare, is that all four hallmarks to the collars and labels match. Chotopegs were used at night, to have on the bedside table with a couple of shots of whisky, to ward off sleeplessness. A wonderful gift idea for a fortunate couple.
