This is a lovely fusee drop-dial wall clock with a rather rustic feel to it. The mahogany case has a very warm and rich patina with a brass lined venticle to the lower half through which the pendulum can be seen working. It has a side opening door and a key lockable door to the underside. Unusually, this clock has a wooden opening bezel.
The 12", white painted dial with black Roman numerals and nicely cut hands. The 8 day, chain driven fusee movement is of exceptional quality, being built with very heavy plates and great workmanship throughout. It has just been fully overhauled by our BHI registered staff and carries our usual 12 mths full parts and labour guarantee.
A clock obviously made when only the best materials and workmanship would count.
