Exceptional, fine and impressive George V English sterling silver salver; an addition to our silver serving trays collection. This exceptional antique George V sterling silver salver has a dodecagon shaped form. The surface of this impressive salver is embellished with engraved scrolling leaf decoration, comprising a vacant hexafoil shaped motif/cartouche to the centre. The panelled border of the salver is encompassed with applied moulded decoration. This impressive antique silver salver is supported by four impressive cast bracket style feet. The underside of the salver bears the retailer's mark 'Maple & Co, London' and the registration number 'Rd No 714937'.
