This gorgeous all brass king-sized bed has a delightful mix of round and square tube brass. With very nice rod ends and upstands. With good sized 2” posts, this bed has a lovely and sturdy feel, despite having pretty panels. James Shoolbred was a prominent British furniture manufacturer and retailer known for its exquisite craftsmanship and high-quality furnishings. Professionally restored with all joints checked for a solid and secure fit. The siderails have been adapted to be able to take slats or a bed base. Whole frame has been cleaned, tightened and restored to ensure full working order and sturdiness. Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height.
