Green Peach Deco Overmantel

A deco mirror with all the attributes of the period. This mirror consists of nine individual mirrored pieces, a large centre plate, two floral plates, one either side of the centre plate and a combination on either side of green, peach and silver mirrored sections. The centre plate is rectangular in shape with a domed top edge that has a deep scallop design. The two abutting pieces are rectangular also and have a rear etched floral design. running the length of this piece . The three outer pieces on each side are green mirrored, silver mirrored and peach mirrored pieces each with a bevelled edge along the top edge. The eight side pieces are stepped which is a design synonymous with the Deco period, giving the mirror an aspect of height. This mirror is in good condition with excellent reflectivity. There are no deep scratches or silver loss, there is a tiny nibble close to the bottom of the thin silver section on the left-hand side (See pics). All nine mirrored pieces are mounted on a wooden backboard and attached with traditional metal clips.
