Description
This is a high quality glazed oak cupboard in slightly limed and weathered oak. Splayed legs at the back and front. A glazed door to the top section. A solid oak door to the bottom section. Sides are one piece of quarter sawn oak (not in two sections), of elegant proportions and style. Canted / angled corners. Clever detail to the oak doors corners.
The cabinet / cupboard has numbers stamped underneath (typical of Heals furniture). This would have been high end,top of the range in its day of manufacture/retail.
Please note that this is being sold as in the manner/style etc of Heals .
There are now two of these available; making a pair. They can be purchased as found as a pair for less than the asking price which was for one fully restored.
The last photo shows the second cabinet .It has been waxed a darker colour. Both can be taken back to bare wood and then refinished. Some may want these as found and paint.
Very commercial size
Please note Gordon Russell can't be ruled out either

Requiring a certain amount of refinishing. Asking price is £1250 fully restored for both though it can be bought as found cheaper. No keys for the locks but these can be removed and a locksmith/shop could cut new ones. Interior of bottom section could do with a revamp. The interior of the top glazed cabinet is in far better condition.
