Stunning large size Victorian slate and marble mantle clock ca 1890. Wonderful original enamel dial with a visible escapement and very fine moon spade hands all original to the time period. The movement is a French 8 day gong striking movement. The case is of architectural design with gilt and marble inlay decoration.
