Large Victorian 9ct Gold Amethyst Pendant & Chain

Beautiful large Victorian 9ct gold amethyst pendant and chain. This superb quality pendant with chain features a large good coloured large 21mm 15mm set in a beautiful gold oval border embossed with flowers and swirls. The total size of the pendant is 28mm x 23mm and is rich yellow gold finished on top with a gold bale. The amethyst comes out at the back but the bale also comes out so that the the necklace sits very well when worn. It is a really pretty design set with hallmarked for 9ct and dates to the Victorian era. This is very wearable piece of Antique Jewellery in good antique condition. These is small chip to the amethyst but its hard to see this with your eye. The antique rope twist chain has an old style barrel clasp stamped for 9ct gold and measures 46cm. The chain has one little kink to it but which does not effect its use and is hardly noticeable. Total Weight 9.4g Please check sizes and weights as jewellery images are enlarged.
