This very elegant mahogany bracket clock surmounted by a pineapple finial above a gadrooned chamford top and moulded cornice with four inset brass outlined spandrels enclosing the convex glass and brass bezel. the sides each with a brass carrying handles with silk back grills on a stepped base with four adjusting ball feet. The eight inch convex cream painted dial inscribed John Clark Mark Lane London with blued steel hands. The twin train wire gut fus''ee movement with arched plates striking the hour on the bell with fine time adjusting pendulum and engraved bob on a brass inlaid bracket all in fine condition. This clock can be used with or without the bracket.
