Lord Nelson, 100 Year Copper Commemorative Victory Salver

Battle of Trafalger, 100 year Commemorative Salver, celebrating Nelson’s Victory, made with copper from HMS Victory. Own a piece of history! Presented by the British & Foreign Sailors Society in 1905, commemorating the 100 years since Nelson’s victory at the battle of Trafalgar on October 21st 1805, this salver contains copper from the HMS Victory, obtained with the approval of The Lords of Admiralty. The Salver is intricately engraved with a central roundel of HMS Victory at sail, off a hilly coastline, surrounded by a Naval anchor and rope. Examples are held in at least one maritime museum. There are blemishes and tarnish marks as well as rubbing, one tiny indent towards the rim, it may not show on photographs. We dispatch within 3 working days, following cleared payment. Items are carefully and securely packed and most are postage free on the UK mainland.
