This attractive Empire style day bed is incredibly charming and practical, with very nice naturally aged paint work (a soft cream with Eau-de-nil detail) which has been cleaned and waxed to preserve. Fluted columns and feet with carved decoration and knobs. Currently upholstered in usable draco velvet fabric in a lovely forest green colour. The fabric has been cleaned and refreshed, whilst it is perfectly usable, we can get this bed re-upholstered for you in your own supplied fabric for £335. Suitable for standard single mattress size 90cm x 190cm Price includes wood slats (Sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2” deep upholstered boxed base – Bed photographed on slats. We can also supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices. We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol. Workshop/store open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday by arrangement.
