Fabulous looking and super quality. Loughborough furniture tended to concentrate on the quality market selling via Heal’s and the like, so expect a real eye for detail with super build quality. It was very much a case of quality not quantity for these fastidious British makers. This was designed by Ward and Austin. This chest of drawers is one of the more sought after designs with the lower drawer having stunning brass accents and a lovely feather grain to the frame. As mentioned the craftpersonship is first class and the condition is good having enjoyed a careful session in our workshop, so expect light marks, a good tone and nothing nasty or off putting. All drawers are running smoothly, clean and have the original solid brass drop ring handles. Ready to place and enjoy.
