Description
An interesting miniature tilt top table. The top inlaid with various woods in a parquetry pattern similar to full size 'specimen' tables supported on a barley twist shaft and mahogany trefoil base. The tilt top action is provided by a small brass hinge inset in the centre of the top is a small silver coin dated 1863 of Vittorio Emanuele II, the father of modern Italy.
