Minton Delft Blue Soup Dish & Plate

Offered for sale is a lovely Minton Delft Blue soup dish and plate. The backstamps are of the version used by Minton from 1912 to 1950 which has the crowned globe with laurel leaves, Mintons, Delft, England. They both have impressed mark of Mintons and the soup dish has the impressed date symbol for 1921. The plate markings are less clear, however, as it a says "England" rather than "Made in England" that dates it to 1921 or earlier.
